Terms of Use

These terms describe member access, account obligations, subscriptions, acceptable use, platform limitations, and the boundaries of Monerra's service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Monerra, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented during onboarding, billing, or product access. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Monerra is intended for users who can lawfully enter into these terms and use market, trading, and financial software in their jurisdiction. Access may be limited to approved members.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials, authorized devices, alerts, workspace settings, integrations, and any activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, Trials, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid access, trial periods, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan or offer presented at purchase or onboarding. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, copy, interfere with, or use Monerra to violate laws, market rules, broker rules, data-provider terms, or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Monerra, including its software, workspace runtime, interface, branding, workflows, generated layouts, and product design, is owned by Monerra or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

User Data and User Content

You retain rights to content and data you submit, such as workspace preferences, alerts, notes, and connected-account inputs. You grant Monerra the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Market Data and Third-Party Data

Monerra may display market data, news, macro data, broker data, alert data, and third-party content. These sources may be delayed, stale, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or subject to separate provider terms.

AI-Generated Analysis

Reports, summaries, analyst-style context, model outputs, and automated interpretations may be generated by software systems. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misinterpreted and should not be treated as instructions.

Alerts and Notifications

Alerts, push notifications, in-app messages, and delivery evidence are convenience features. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated, wrong, stale, or unavailable, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for trading decisions.

No Financial Advice or Fiduciary Relationship

Monerra provides software, workflow tools, data displays, reports, and operational context. Monerra does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, broker, or fiduciary advice.

Trading Risk Acknowledgement

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, order placement, position sizing, risk management, broker selections, and account outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Platform Availability and Release-Candidate Limitations

Monerra may change, pause, remove, test, or limit features. During beta or release-candidate periods, availability, data quality, alerts, reports, and integrations may be incomplete or unstable.

Third-Party Integrations

Broker, data, notification, identity, payment, infrastructure, and analytics integrations are operated by third parties. Monerra is not responsible for third-party outages, data issues, changes, or terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monerra is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data issues, downtime, inaccurate outputs, notification failures, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Monerra harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your account activity, your trading decisions, your integrations, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

Monerra may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates operational risk, fails billing requirements, misuses the service, or is otherwise no longer eligible for access.

Changes to Terms

Monerra may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, data providers, or integrations evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and venue terms specified in Monerra's member agreement or onboarding materials. Questions about governing law can be sent to Monerra.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Monerra may collect, how it is used, where service providers fit, and how members can contact Monerra about privacy questions.

Information Collected

Monerra may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the product, connected-service data, device data, diagnostic data, and limited operational records needed to run the service.

Account Data

Account data may include email address, display name, authentication status, membership state, profile settings, entitlement records, workspace preferences, saved focus items, and support communications.

Usage and Log Data

Monerra may collect product usage, workspace actions, runtime receipts, errors, browser or device metadata, IP-derived information, performance data, and audit logs for security, debugging, and product operations.

Payment Provider Data

Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers. Monerra may receive billing status, plan, invoice, subscription, trial, cancellation, and payment-confirmation metadata, but should not store full card numbers.

Cookies and Local Storage

Monerra may use cookies, browser storage, local cache, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, runtime snapshots, workspace continuity, security, and product functionality.

Notifications and Web Push Data

If you enable notifications, Monerra may store push subscription data, alert delivery records, notification preferences, device identifiers provided by the browser, and delivery evidence from notification providers.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide and secure the service, maintain accounts, sync workspaces, generate reports, operate alerts, deliver notifications, improve performance, debug failures, prevent abuse, and comply with obligations.

Service Providers and Subprocessors

Monerra may use infrastructure, authentication, database, payment, analytics, notification, market data, broker, support, and AI service providers to operate the product. These providers process data under their own terms and controls.

Data Retention

Monerra retains data as long as needed to provide the service, support members, meet operational or legal needs, preserve security records, resolve disputes, and maintain continuity. Some local browser data may remain until cleared.

Security

Monerra uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a member software product, but no internet service, market system, browser, or third-party integration can be guaranteed completely secure.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. Requests can be sent to Monerra for review.

Children's Privacy

Monerra is not intended for children and should not be used by anyone under the age required to lawfully use financial-market software in their jurisdiction.

Risk

Risk Disclosure

Trading is risky. Monerra can help organize context and workflow, but it cannot remove market risk or make decisions for the user.

Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Trading and investing can result in substantial financial losses. You should trade only if you understand the products, risks, fees, liquidity, margin requirements, and consequences involved.

Product-Specific Risk

Futures, options, equities, crypto, FX, leveraged products, and derivative instruments can move quickly and cause significant losses. Some products can lose more than the amount deposited.

Past Performance

Past performance, prior setups, historical market behavior, model output, analyst context, backtests, simulations, or examples do not guarantee future results.

Hypothetical and Model Output

Simulated, backtested, automated, AI-generated, or model-derived outputs are hypothetical and may not reflect live execution, slippage, fees, latency, liquidity, rejected orders, or changing market conditions.

Alerts Can Fail

Alerts and notifications can be delayed, wrong, missed, duplicated, blocked by browser settings, based on stale data, or unavailable due to infrastructure, provider, market-data, or device failures.

AI and Analysis Limitations

AI, analyst-style reports, macro context, instrument relationships, and generated explanations may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, delayed, overconfident, or misinterpreted.

Independent Decisions

You must independently evaluate market information, risk, suitability, position sizing, orders, and execution choices. Monerra does not make trading decisions for you.

No Guarantees

Monerra does not guarantee profits, signals, accuracy, uptime, suitability, liquidity, execution quality, alert delivery, data freshness, or that any market view will be correct.
